Area Higher or Lower — how big is that country, really?
This is the higher-or-lower format applied to land area instead of population, and it exposes different blind spots. Most people badly misjudge how large sparsely populated countries are — Kazakhstan, Argentina, Algeria, the Democratic Republic of the Congo — and overrate dense ones. A reference country shows its area; you decide whether the challenger is bigger or smaller. One wrong call ends the run. Hard mode picks challengers whose area is close to the reference, so the calls get genuinely tricky.
How to play
Read the reference country's land area at the top. Decide whether the challenger below is larger or smaller, and tap Higher or Lower. Each correct call extends your streak and the challenger becomes the new reference. A miss reveals both areas and ends the run. Use the continent filter to compare within one region, and switch to hard mode when normal feels easy.
